Domestic violence - =abuse committed against adult or minor (PC 13700(b)). include(s) 1 or
more of the following relationships:

another person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury to theirselves or

- to place a person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury to that person or

- to molest, attack, strike, stalk, destroy personal property, or violate the terms of a DV protective
