15. Modifiable risk factors for chronic health problem- smoking weight and nutrition
16. Elderly client- incontinence/ inability to hold urine is not normal
17. Treatment of rectocele= use docusate to avoid strain & a pessary is placed

19. Atrophicvaginitis is due to loss of estrogen, treat this with a topical estrogen- this
relieves the itch
