you get initially may be overwhelming, so it's important to remember that the filers are there, and
how to use them. The filters in these questions are just examples, and are not meant to

Let's try some filters. On the left side, click on 'free full text' under text availability, and 'clinical
trial' under article type. How many results do you have now? - ANS -~69
Click on 'additional filters' and then choose human under 'species', english under 'language' and
age 45+ under 'age'. This creates new filter options. When you are back in the main search
