components commanders will conduct a monthly ABCP assessment to measure the
soldiers progress and results will be annotated on a DA 5500 or DA5501
- A loss of 3-8 pounds or 1 percent body fat are both considered to be attainable
goals
- When necessary , commanders and supervisors will provide additional support,
guidance and resources to enhance soldiers success
