- What indicators are still a point where you could, and want to, further
develop?

- I am presenting myself as a teacher in a nonverbal way yet I am always looking for
a way on how to communicate with my students in and outside the classroom.
- I want to develop more confidence at the start of a new class. I notice that I put a
lot of time in the bounding time instead of the teaching part. This is because this
was my first year teaching at a vocational school. In November we started teaching
level two students which was a real challenge yet I really enjoyed it.

- What indicators are still a point where you could, and want to, further
develop?

- I love to show interest in the students’ lives. Wondering what they’ve been doing
outside the classroom, gives me an idea of how and why they might behave in the
way as they do or don’t do. I am able to work on my own reflections while making
conversation with the students.
- I am still working on my personal vision, this can only be further developed through
more experiences at internships and work. For now, I want to gain more
knowledge on the different approaches and perspectives of my internship from
year 3 and year 4.
