1. Reducing recidivism
2. Bridging the gap between criminal justice professionals and the
community/Public perceptions of criminal justice professionals
3. Re-entering society after corrections
1. What kinds of partnerships might be beneficial for ex-cons reentering society?
How can these partnerships benefit one exactly when reentering the workforce for
example?
2. Is it possible for law enforcement agencies to change the public’s image of them
and rebuild trust and appreciation for their criminal justice system? If so, what are
some ideas that will spark interest in the community to want to come to bridge
that gap?
3. How can community corrections operate in reducing criminal relapse, and has it
been shown to keep society safe by reducing repeat offenses?
