One thing I greatly enjoy about my job now is my ability to serve the community in my current
capacity. It is unrelated to law enforcement but one thing in common is the array of individuals
we encounter. Some days are good, others bad, but the experience working with people helped
me learn to de-escalate situations, and to appreciate that sometimes people just need support.

grandfather was in law enforcement in his home country, which I found motivating. The job
description sounds challenging and honestly I can see why most find it undesirable, but I always
wanted to work in a position that helped the public. Law enforcement just seemed like the
perfect niche for what I wanted out of a career.

education, I have been dieting and exercising regularly to physically prepare, researching about
the department and opportunities for me upon employment, and having a job currently serving
