Ik ben Miriamxxxxx, ik werk bij WMO Maatwerk als trajectondersteuner. Ik werk inmiddels
2,5 jaar bij deze organisatie en heb vooral te maken met cliënten met een wmo indicatie, de
problematiek is heel divers.
Hiervoor heb ik ruim 12 jaar voor GGZ Rivierduinen gewerkt, in de kliniek en in een
behandelsetting.
Ik heb dan ook veel te maken gehad met netwerken en wat hierbij komt kijken.
Vanuit de wmo wordt ook verwacht dat het netwerk ingezet wordt, waardoor ik hier nog
bewuster mee bezig ben.
Doordat ik al zoveel ervaring heb met netwerken, heb ik de keuze gemaakt om deze module
te valideren.
