P4 Discuss the internal, external and competitive environment on a given business There are many things that can effect a business’s growth and how it is run, Sainsbury’s is a supermarket so most of their internal changes would come from their competition, such as if their opponent lowers their price Sainsbury’s will have to lower theirs to make sure they don’t lose any customers, they will also change internally due to external factors such as politics, Sainsbury’s buys their products from other countries and since the UK have left the European union it has made it much harder to import their stock.
