-On a380 switch off upper deck aft galley and lounge power and remove any alcohol
and equipment. Aft lift must also be checked for any alcohol or any other flammable
Build the LRBL: - answer-If no bulkhead exists, remove 2 bi-folding lavatory doors and
secure in place with cushions
-Place 3 empty full size service carts one on top of the other in front of the slide raft
containers, wheels facing inboard and secure in place with cushions and pillows
-Build the bomb wall with interlocking cushions, build halfway between floor and ceiling
-Saturate each row of cushions with non-flammable liquids
-Pause construction of LRBL when it is prepared halfway between floor and ceiling
-Place a plastic tray in the centre of the bomb wall, as close to the door as possible
-Place an indicator line under the plastic tray to indicate the location of the suspicious
item
