Record - ANSWER -Stores information about one specific entity on the master file. Ex. each patient
has one record in the patient master file.
Facility - ANSWER -An entire organization. (Enterprise)
Service area - ANSWER -A region or business entity within your organization. Groups revenue flow.
Location - ANSWER -A hospital or free standing clinic
Department - ANSWER -Where a patient is scheduled for an appointment or is admitted. Where a
user works.
Category list - ANSWER -List of potential values for a specific item. They provide a list of choices for
an individual field.
Category value - ANSWER -Answers to an tem. Ex: male/female/married/single

Item number - ANSWER -Identification (ID) of an Item
User (EMP) record - ANSWER -Name, login, password, security settings.

Provider (SER) Record - ANSWER -Each record represents an individual provider, their credentials and
whether they are considered an ordering or authorizing provider.
In Basket Classification - ANSWER -Determines what In Basket messages a user receives and can
respond to. Similar to distribution groups in an email system.
Import - ANSWER -Records built on a spreadsheet and the data is imported into Chronicles.
Data migration (Data Courier) - ANSWER -Is the process of copying new or modified records from one
environment to another after you have modified, built, or imported records.
