Wij hebben van de ziektekostenverzekeraar ‘Steeds beter’ de opdracht gekregen
om een gezondheidskundige analyse te maken voor diabetes type 2.

Deze analyse dient als input voor de voorlichtingscampagne die we als groep

Het doel van een gezondheidskundige analyse is om meer inzicht te krijgen in
