The nurse quality manager works to ensure and improve patient care, promote safety, and reduce
errors. They are responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating continuous
quality improvement. Monitors patient safety and is responsible for educating best practice standards
of care. Leads the quality team on quality improvement projects.
