General Announcing System (1MC) - ANSWER Provides information to all
hands, electronically powered, and speakers are located throughout the ship.

Integrated Voice Communication System (IVCS) - ANSWER Computer-
controlled telephone system. Primary means of command and control
communications. The system allows for station-to-station telephone
conversations, conference calls, and net communications, and can cross-connect
with the 1MC.
