Vaporizer - ANSWER A device, other than a container, that receives LP gas in
liquid form and adds sufficient heat to convert liquid to gas
Odorization of Gas ANSWER All LP gas shall be odorized before being loaded
into a railcar or cargo tank motor vehicle by the addition of a warning agent so
gases are detectable by distinct odor to a concentration in air of not more than
one-fifth of the lower limit of flammability

shall have protection against physical damage when not in use by any of the
following means :
1. A ventilated cap
2. A ventilated collar
3. A cylinder valve providing inherent protection defined by DOT 49
CFR173.301
Portable Storage Containers - ANSWER Cylinders shall be marked with the
following information :
1. Water capacity of the cylinder in pounds
2. Tare weight of the cylinder in pounds TW is empty
3. Serial Number
