Visual fields - ANSWER Visual fields are full in all four quadrants
Extra Ocular Muscles - ANSWER Corneal reflection is equal bilaterally, which shows no sign of strabismus.
Extra ocular muscles are parallel and conjugate, which indicates an absence of nystagmus
Rinne Test - ANSWER Bilaterally, Pt hears tuning fork in ear canal longer than at mastoid process. This
indicates that hearing is in tact bilaterally. If pt were to hear the sound longer at the mastoid process,
this would indicate a conductive hearing loss
Otoscopic Exam - ANSWER External ear canal is absent of discharge, exudates, foreign bodies, edema.
Canal is non-erythematous and is a normo pigmented pink. Minimal cerumen present. Looking further
into the ear, the tympanic membrane is lacking perforations, its a normal pale gray color, no fluid
present, cone of light in an anterior/downward position.
