Skinfold Testing - -A test for body composition using callipers. For males this
is tested at the chest, thigh and abdomen. For females this is tested at the
tricep, suprailiac (hip) and thigh. The measurement should be read in
millimetres from the callipers. Repeat measurements at each site three
times at 15 second intervals.

- Body Mass Index (BMI) - -A test for body composition. Measures whether
weight is appropriate to height. Equipment used is measuring scales and a
tape measure. Measure body weight in kilograms and height in metres. Use
the formula: Body weight (kg)/ Height (m) x Height (m). Then interpret the
results.

- Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis - -A test for body composition. Measures
percentage body fat by the resistance encountered by a small electrical
current passed through your body. It works due to fat-free mass letting the
current pass through your body more easily, therefore the higher the
resistance the higher the body fat.

- 1 minute Sit Up Test - -A test for muscular endurance. Measures the
endurance of the abdominal muscles. Equipment needed are an exercise
mat and a stopwatch.

- 1 minute Press Up Test - -A test for muscular endurance. Measure the
endurance in the upper body. Equipment needed are an exercise mat and a
stopwatch.

- 35 metre Sprint Test - -A test for speed. Equipment needed are two cones,
a tape measure and a stopwatch.

- Multi Stage Fitness Test - -A test for aerobic endurance. Also known as the
bleep test. Equipment needed are cones, a tape measure, the CD and a CD
player.

- Forestry Step Test - -A test for aerobic endurance. Equipment needed are
a bench (40cm high for males and 33cm high for females), a metronome set
at 90 beats per minute and a stopwatch. Need to record body weight,
complete the test for 5 minutes and then take pulse rate 15 seconds after
stopping, for 15 seconds. Use the table to interpret your results.

- Illinois Agility Test - -A test for agility. Equipment needed are a tape
measure, stopwatch and 8 cones and set up like the diagram.
