Managing overload of market feedback
Being such a huge company which is online active means Apple
receives a lot of feedback compared to other companies. Feedback
which they receive includes; opinions about products or services,
concerns, praises, reviews or questions. Apple manages their
feedback trough their FAQ page on their website. Customers can
always ask questions or write their opinion or experience with a
product. The most asked or most popular questions get usually
answered so that more people with the same question or problem
don’t have to waste time in contacting Apple. Other than that apple
has its own feedback page where you can give feedback for a specific
product after you have chosen it from the main menu. This way
feedback about the iPhone is stored separate as well as feedback
about the iPad. This makes it easier for Apple to respond and search
for feedback bout specific products. Below is the feedback page of
