In this assignment I am going to plan market research for a selected
product/service using appropriate methods of data collection. I am going to use
the market research methods from assignment P1 and explain them in detail.

Surveys
We are going to carry out our face-to-face research by; Selecting a few of our
employees to do the face-to-face survey. After we selected the employees they
will visit crowded places in different countries like; Amsterdam, New York,
Madrid or Rome. In these places the interviews will be taken. After getting the
results back from our survey method we are going to look if the customer likes
the product or not and make changes if it is needed. With the telephone
surveys we are going to call up customers and ask them if they have time to
participate for our survey. If the customer does want to participate we will ask
the questions on the survey trough the phone. After we have asked all the
questions we are going to look what the result is and make changes to the
product if it is needed.

Observation
We are going to carry out the observation through; Professional researchers
from research company`s. first we are going to search for the best and
cheapest researchers after we have found them, They are going to visit large
supermarket chains to find out the buying behavior of the customer these days.
With the result coming from the observation (so what they notice) we are
going to make changes to the product or the promotion of the product.

Field trips
We are going to carry out the field trips through; our employees they will visit
crowded places like; first we are going to select the employees who fit for the
role. After we have found the correct employees we are going to send them to
crowded places over the world like; New York, Madrid and Amsterdam to give
free examples of our product and promote the product. They will also ask the
opinion of the customer or what they would do if they could make changes to
the product. With the result coming from that we will look if we are able to do
something with the wishes of the customer.
