Perseverance:
I apply this skill in almost everything I do, so for example if I have planned to finish
an assignment on my planning and I am in the mood of working I try to do
another assignment so that I am always ahead I don’t have to work that much the
next time. Also when I was doing my internship at Pro Contact the call center in
used to work in a team of 4 guys. The main goal was always to get a sales
appointment for the account manager. So when the other guys in my team got a
sales appointment I always tried to be competitive and get also a sales
appointment to be on the same level and I also tried to get another one to be one
ahead.
Teamwork:
I have applied this skill during a lot of periods in my life as well as on school during
my course but also on my previous school during group presentation and at my
internships when we had to work in a group. 2 concrete examples of this were
during a group presentation at my previous school when we had to give a
presentation about an imaginary product we wanted to introduce into a market.
My team existed of 4 people in total and I was the only person that cared about
passing the presentation. But I wanted my team mates to pass the presentation
to so I motivated to try their hardest I appointed myself as leader and divided the
tasks that needed to be done depending on the qualities so for example one of
the tasks were you had to interview people and ask their opinion about our idea
so the person I choose for this assignment was very open and easy to talk with
and he enjoyed his task and at the end we had a perfect PowerPoint and a great
mark. Another time I succefully applied my teamwork skills is during my
internship when we had to call a whole list of companies to ask is they were
