Respirations under 30 check radial pulse. If radial pulse is absent, control bleeding.
If there is an absent radial pulse we mark them RED.
If there is a Radial pulse we check ALOC. If they answer the simple command they
are Yellow. If they can not they are RED

Steps in JUMPStart Triage - ANSWER: Kids who can walk to you get Green.
All infants get taken to secondary triage.

If they are not breathing, we check pulse. If they have no pulse, they are BLACK.

If they have not breathing, but do have pulse, we position airway. If they breathe
after airway help, they are RED.

If they are not breathing, no pulse, airway position doesn't work, we give rescue
breaths, but they do not work they are BLACK.

If the rescue breaths do work. It is RED.
