based on individual states. If there is no law then team members are required to follow TD bank policy.

purchased? - ANSWERSCurrency is verified in FCE website by clicking the verify currency button. A screen

immediately bump it up. re verify the cash and checks with the deposit ticket under dual control. Once
verified update the deposit ticket with the correct amount and process the deposit. (the two employees
who verify the cash/checks should also initial the deposit ticket). Then call the customer to notify them
that it was incorrectly added and provide them with the correct amount.

ANSWERSVerify the quantity and serial numbers match the enclosed northstar trust reciept
acknowledgement form and immediately secure under dual control. All incoming shipments must be
bulk verified under dual control against the Trust Receipt.
Northstar Trust Receipt Acknowledgement forms should be retained until the next quarterly
audit is completed in the quarterly binder. If there is a discrepancy with an incoming shipment,
report it to the Official Checks Unit at 1-800-556-4354, option 7.
What info do you need to disclose to a customer before buying a visa gift card? - ANSWERSYou must
verbally inform the customer of inactivity fee, expiration date, card replacement fee and customer
service number.
