General Supervision - ANSsupervision of dental procedures based on instructions given by a
dentist, who DO NOT HAVE TO BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT, but does have to be in the
building
Direct Supervision - ANSsupervision of dental procedures based on instructions given by a
dentist, who is PHYSICALLY PRESENT
Oral Prophylaxis - ANSpreventive and therapeutic dental procedures that include bacterial
debridement with complete removal of sub/supra calc, soft deposits, plaque and stain, and
