Conclusion

The selection process was a comprehensive and thorough process that enabled me to gain
valuable insight into the requirements of the role. It allowed me to reflect on my skills and
experiences in order to determine whether I was the right fit for the position. Through the
process, I was able to gain a better understanding of the company’s culture and values, as well
as the expectations of the role. This insight has been incredibly helpful in preparing for future
job opportunities. I have learned to think critically about my qualifications and experiences in
order to determine if I am a good fit for the role. Additionally, I have become more aware of the
importance of research and preparation for the selection process. This knowledge will be
invaluable in future job searches.

Further on the assignment I will be discussing and evaluating communication and organisation
skills in depth with both assessment and review of my skills within the interview, to ultimately
my employability. Moreover i will be conducting SWOT analysis and provide analytical
documents to support my activity. And Review if the process was effective and how I feel they
may need to develop skills further to be able to conduct and participate in interviews more
effectively. I will also undertake an action plan to highlight how to address any weaknesses in

Keely focused on creativity which is essential (yes) but there are numerous other skills that
need to contribute in order to fulfil the full requirement such as visual/spatial awareness and
manual dexterity, the ability to work well with different teams and the capacity to work with
constructive criticism. On the other hand, Maryam demonstrated effective communication and

stutter and was keen on showing how his skills can benefit UNIQLO. However there was a lack
of usage of body language and the ability to effectively listen. On the other hand, Miah had
great solutions towards potential visual merchandiser hurdles that he effectively would
overcome via stating his leadership, problem solving, multitasking skills. However Miah lacked

, Question;

Why did you want to become a customer care agent?

Skills and qualities for a customer agent care agent?

How do you deal with different customers?

Why do you want to work for our company?

Do you have work experience?

Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Why did you want to become a customer care agent?

Job description;

Customer Care Agent Role

Summary of evidence:

The interviewee responses were too vague and lacked uniqueness in the point made, it was too
direct and short, and little experience and knowledge within the role. However the individual
had somewhat clear communication. In my opinion the individual had potential and failed to
improvise and show his extensive range of skills with further detail. The lack of passion and
interest lead to their downfall of their interview as well as the brief responses to the question
with little detail about experience and skills

Final Score:

4/10
