In this case, Mrs. M cannot approach the Road Accident Fund (RAF) for the costs to repair the

personal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, not for property damage.

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) covers the following:

1. Medical expenses: Costs incurred for treatment due to injuries sustained in the accident.

2. General damages: Compensation for pain and suffering, provided the injury is serious,
such as causing disfigurement, mental impairment, or loss of bodily function.

3. Loss of earnings: Compensation for income lost due to being unable to work as a result
of the accident.
