1.1 Introduction
In this unit, concept of business environment. We explain that the
business environment is not static but dynamic and emphasize the
importance of managers understanding their business environment in
order to make decisions that are necessary for the continued
operation of the organization.
We show that business environment can be conceptualized at two
levels – the external and internal environment.
