Who does the Coal Mining Safety and Health Act 1999 apply to?
(Section 5) - ANS-1. Everyone who may affect the safety and health of persons at a
coal mine OR as a result of coal mining operations, and 2. A person whose safety and
health may be affected while at a coal mine or as a result of coal mining operations.
