In deze KBS heb ik een PDCA-cyclus volledig uitgewerkt. Hiermee toonde ik competentie 14 en 15 volledig aan tijdens mijn afstudeerstage. Het ging over een verbeterpunt dat ik signaleerde op de afdeling. Dit heb ik vervolgens uitgewerkt in een PDCA en een verbeterplan uitgevoerd op de afdeling. Ik heb hier een 10 voor gehaald!
