I am writing to expres my interest in the STA Travel experience. I saw this AD on the internet,
and I immediately clicked on it because this is something for me. I really like to travel to other
countries and experience the culture, food etc.
Firstly, allow me to introduce myself briefly. My name is ….., I am ……. years old, and I live
in…….. As I mentioned before I like to travel and experience the culture of the countries that I
go to. I have been working really hard so I can save money to travel and make this happen.
Secondly, the countries that I have been to are Spain, Italy, Greece,Germany, Belgium,
Morocco and France. I went to these countries with an airplane /car and from there on I take
trains, subways, busses etc. I do this so I get to see more of the country/city. I love to see
new cities which are not very touristy or famous, so I can see the different (sub)cultures in
the country. I enjoyed going to ll the countries that I have been to, because they all have a
different vibe: the people, the food, the norms and values and so much other things which I
really enjoy seeing and experience.
Thirdly, I thought the AD was very creative but unfortunately you didn't see much of the
countries/cities. I would like to make a short documentary about every country that I go to.
What I want to do is go to 2 different cities, in each country that I am going to, to film different
cultures. I want to film religious places, people, traditional food and people while they are
communicating. I also will ask the people 2/3 questions which makes the documentary
personal, by having a conversation with people I portray myself in my documentary. I would
like to go to: Egypt, India, China, Japan, Turkey, Morocco, Mexico, Spain, Lebanon,
Colombia, Taiwan and Korea. I have chosen these countries because I want to get to know
more about it and I am curious about the culture and the small unknown cities.
Furthermore,I did some research about travelling on your website and I could not find
anything about the stay. I want to know more about this so I can prepare myself for that and
maybe save more money. Could you please give me more information about that, thank you
in advance.
Lastly, what I could find on the website are the months that the recordings and the travelling
are starting in. I saw that it starts in August and September, I will start my new course in
September, so it is not possible for me to record and travel. Is it possible to record and travel
in June and July? I hope that you can understand this.
