Gym
Performance- body language is very important when teaching the clients about how to maintain
their posture while doing the exercise. When the customers is asking you questions eye contact also
plays an important role. This shows the customers that you are listening to them. They also need to
have proper skills of the job since some people will be new to the gym they6 need to explain them
how to do the work out properly and also have good communication skill.
Timing- everyone need to be early for their job. A fitness instructor needs to make sure that they are
there before their duty starts so that the can check the gym and equipment’s if they are safe to use
or not. They also need to make schedules for the customers to that they will be able to train the
professionally (1 to1).
The way you dress- dressing appropriately is very important. The instructors need to make sure that
they have worn something comfortable and gym clothes so that they maintain the health and safety.
Who is your target audience- young people, athletes, older people (Everyone)

Venue and resources- I will need an area, where I will need to put the gym equipment’s, bathroom
facilities, changing rooms, lightings, vending machines.
Humour- I have to make sure that I will hire friendly staff and make sure that they do not
discriminate anyone.
Health and safety- check every equipment’s and make sure that they are safe to use. Fire exits door
and staircases.
Keeping to times-24 hours
Achieving objectives- my aim was to help people achieve their fitness goals and I will also be helping
people in the future.
Generating revenue- profitable
Customer feedback & Success measure- this is very important since I would like to know what the
customers thinks about my business. If there are any bad things I will be able to improve them with
the help of the customer’s feedback. I will have a comment box outside and also a feedback card
which the customer will be given once a week to fill out and ask them about their experience
throughout the week.
Factors
Skills of staff- hired highly trained professional staff to make sure that they provide the customers
with their dietary meals requirements and workout programmes.
