-Damage is severe to the point that it needs the whole crew to combat the casualty
Condition II DC - ANS--Flying squad did not work
-Man up main BDS
(if GQ is ordered remain on station until relieved)
Condition III - ANS--Flying squad handles
-No BDS required
Major Conflagration - ANS--Damage of a magnitude that cannot be handled by
conventional DC organization
-Multi casualty (fire, flood, personnel)
-All hands
Rescue and Assistance Detail Primary Missions - ANS--Rescue personnel from water
-Assists another unit in distress
-Assist persons or activities in distress ashore
Sound Powered Phones & Circuits - ANS--No reliance on external power source
