CONTRATO DE TRABAJO EVENTUAL.En la ciudad de Guaranda a los 13 días del mes de abril del año 2024, comparece, por
una parte, la FARMACIA LA SALUD, debidamente representada por el Sr. PABLO
FAUSTO REVELO ORTIZ gerente general, portador de la cedula de ciudadanía Nª
0202221051 en calidad de EMPLEADOR; y por otra parte el/la señor (a /ita)
MARISOL FERNANDA MONTALVO TUALOMBO, portador de la cedula de
ciudadanía Nª 0202121281, en calidad de TRABAJADOR los comparecientes son
ecuatorianos, domiciliados en la ciudad de Guaranda y capaces para contratar quienes
libre y voluntariamente convienen en celebrar este CONTRATO EVENTUAL con
sujeción a las declaraciones y estipulaciones contenidas en las siguientes clausulas.
PRIMERO. – ANTECEDENTES.
La empleadora, para remplazo de personal que se encuentra ausente por maternidad en
vista que la vendedora tiene permiso medico para el parto por 120 días, en sus
actividades habituales, contrata los servicios eventuales, personal de trabajador o
trabajadora que los desempeñara conforme a la Ley, los reglamentos internos, las
disposiciones generales, ordenes o instrucciones que imparta el empleado, la
empleadora o sus representantes.
SEGUNDO. – OBJETO.
El EMPLEADOR para el cumplimiento de sus actividades contrata al trabajador en
calidad de vendedora. Revisado los antecedentes de la Sr. MARISOL FERNANDA
MONTALVO TUALOMBO, este declara tener los conocimientos necesarios para el
desempeño de cargo indicado, por lo que se basa en las consideraciones y por lo
expresado en los números siguientes, EL EMPLEADOR y EL TRABAJADOR
proceden a celebrar el presente Contrato de Trabajo.
TERCERA. – REMUNERACIÒN.
El EMPLEADOR, de acuerdo con los artículos 80; 81; 82; 83 del Código de Trabajo,
cancelar por concepto de remuneración a favor del trabajador la suma de
SETECIENTOS DOLARES DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS DE AMÈRICA, USD
(700$) mediante acreditación a la cuenta bancaria del trabajador, efectivo.
