Fase 1: hemostase

HEMOSTASE (onmiddellijk)
Onmiddellijk na de wond gaat het in werking -> bloedstolling
Bloedvaten trekken samen (vasoconstrictie) - > vorming fibrine + cytokinen (=chemische
signaalstof) en groeifactoren (= bijv. TGF beta) -> stimulatie epitheelcellen en activatie
fibroblasten (= aanmaak van collageen(bindweefsel)) + vrijkomen van neutrofielen en
monocyten (=tegengaan van noxe)
INFLAMMATIE (dag 1-4)
Neutrofielen, macrofagen en lymfocyten maken noxe onschadelijk -> cytokinen en
groeifactoren komen vrij (o.a. fibroblasten, groeifactoren en epidermale groeifactoren ->
begin proliferatiefase
PROLIFERATIEFASE (dag 4-21)
Aanmaak epitheelcellen die zich verspreiden (=ontstaan korstje) -> bevordering van
capillaire groei (= meer bloedvaten in de wond om bouwstoffen op de juiste plek te
krijgen)
- Niet masseren anders krijg je negatief effect (over stimulatie)
- Siliconenpleiser en productadvies mag wel
HERMODELLERINGSFASE (dag 21- 2 jaar)
Verdere aanmaak van collageenweefsel -> rekbaarheid van weefsel neemt toe
- Gesloten wond kan je binnen het sluiten en 6 maanden kan de weefsel zich
verdikken (=hypertrofie)
- Type 1 collageen (= soepel collageen) wil je hebben voor de rekbaarheid
- Type 3 collageen is erg hard en wil je NIET hebben
