Cite and reference the textbook. Your answer in 100-150 words: Genesis 1-2 is all about Gods creation. God made man in the image of himself. In the same way that he created us; being able to understand complex design and have characteristics like him, Adam and Eve were created with the intention of being good and honest (Diffey, 2020). “Then God said, “Let us make man, in our image, after our likeness. And let them have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over the livestock and over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” (ESV Gen 1:27). God loves all things and when he saw that man was alone, he created a woman. “Then the LORD God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.” (Gen 2:18). 2. Your answer in 100-150 words: Due to the sinning of Adam and Eve, though it was originally the serpent that convinced Eve nothing bad would happen, God decided to punish them. “To the woman he said, I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing; in pain you shall brine forth children.
