Why was there no bill of rights right away? - Answer- Federalists argued that the Constitution did not need a bill of rights, because the people and the states kept any powers not given to the federal government What is the 9th amendment? - Answer- It is listed that there are other rights that are granted that are not listed exactly in the constitution.
