Stage 2 CKD GFR - Answer- 60-89 ml/min Stage 3 CKD - Answer- -moderate decrease in GFR -May experience uremia, which is a buildup of waste products in the blood. Uremia can cause itching, which can interfere with sleep. -May also experience fatigue, fluid retention, change in urine characteristics (foaminess, darkened color), and kidney pain. Stage 3 CKD GFR - Answer- 30-59 ml/min Stage 4 CKD - Answer- -severe decrease in GFR -Symptoms as seen in stage 3, but also taste changes, smell of uremia in breath, nausea, restless legs while sleeping, tingling in extremities. -May need dialysis.
