Introduction This document starts the application design process of the ITOT website. This document explains in detail all of the steps and models that are involved in the design phase. 1.1 Purpose The purpose of this document is to present detailed diagrams and interfaces that will be used in the ITOT application. 1.2 Scope The main scope of this application is designed to handle user accounts and course registrations. It will have instructors with the authority to create and update courses. Students or customers will be able to search for and select products for purchase and enroll in courses. System Architecture The system architecture for an IT Online Training Application is designed to provide a user -friendly, secure, and feature -rich platform that meets the needs of both students and instructors while ensuring a smooth and effective online learning experience. 2.1. Assumptions and Dependencies The assumption are that the system will be on Amazon Web Servers to provide continuity and required patches to the server. 2.2. General Constraints • The system must be developed and deployed within a specific timeline, which may impact the scope of features and testing. • Technical specification constraints for users would be using a supported browser, up to date hardware and software on computers. • Back -end constraints are using a sever for the application that has the minimum of 16 cores at 3Ghz each, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB NVME SSD. • Database constraints would be having a required database server that runs on a minimum of 16 cores at 3Ghz each, 64GB of RAM, and 1TB NVME SSD. • Servers must have the latest OS available. • Compliance with industry standards and regulations related to data security and user privacy must be ensured. • The application must provide a user -friendly and intuitive interface to accommodate users of varying technical proficiency. • The system may need to support multiple languages and localization to cater to users from different regions. • Adequate backup and disaster recovery mechanisms must be in place to safeguard against data loss and system failures.
