(PD112-121)" and "Primary Language Identifier (PD312-091)," or the card entitled "Primary Language Identifier - Detective Bureau 2. Determine if a bilingual member of service is readily available (on scene, on duty within command etc.) to interpret and whether his/her use is appropriate. Preference should be given to a readily available certified Department interpreter.
