convict at a criminal trial. 100% of the jury must agree on the verdict.
Felony - Answer-Crime punishable by more then one year in prison.
Misdemeanor - Answer-Crime punishable by imprisonment for more then 15 days but
no more then one year.
Violation - Answer-An offense that is punishable by imprisonment in jail for no more
then 15 days.
