Enccemrne: where people define situatons and begin the process of dealing with the
informaton.
Srlrction: where people narrow the equivocality (multple meanings*) by deciding what to
deal with and what to leave along, ignore or disregard. (ex: analyzing a meetng and
understanding its real purpose/problem etc.)
Rrerntion: where they decide what informaton, and its meaning, they will retain for future
use. (select a soluton and try to make it work and remain through tme)
