What do you know about Kelly Connect? - ✔✔I know that you are a company that provides

technical issue support and account management for some large technology company.



Was there a time you could not deescalate a call? How did you handle it? - ✔✔A woman called

saying she forgot to scan her Kroger card at the checkout and didn't revive her fuel points for that

purchase. She stated that it was a total of around $400. She asked me if I could give her those

points since she forgot to scan her card. I asked her for her card number and asked her questions

to verify her account. I informed the customer that she has called 3 times in the last 2 months

because she forgot to scan her card and has been given 200 fuel points on all 3 of those

occasions. I told her that I could not give her those points as we gave her those points as a

courtesy. And that we have informed her to remember to scan her card because we are unable to

give her points if there's no proof of purchase. She became hostile and began cursing me and

calling me absurd names. I began telling her that we must keep things professional or I would

have to disconnect. She then became even more angry. I told her once again that if she continues

to curse at me that I would have to disconnect. My manger then walked by and heard me telling

the customer I would have to disconnect and he placed the customer on hold and asked me the

issue at hand. After catching him up, he put on the headset and talked with the customer and she

then began screaming at him and he told her that he would have to disconnect as this was

unprofessional. She continued and he disconnected. He gave me a kudos for handling the issue

with a professional attitude.

, What's the best thing about working from home? - ✔✔I do my best work inside the comfort of

my own home. Working from home allows a more balanced lifestyle for myself and more time

to focus on my mental health as well as my physical. I can work evenings and not have to worry

about driving home late at night.



Why do you think you would be a good fit for this job? - ✔✔I enjoy the challenge of handling

multiple tasks at once. After reading some reviews, I noticed how most people said that it's fast

and consistent work. And that I should expect to revive calls back-to-back. I prefer to work

where things are busy. If there was nothing for me to do, I would get bored. I also really love

learning new things, especially about technology.



Why do you want to work for Kelly Connect? - ✔✔I want to expand my knowledge in

technology. I feel the best way to do that is with a company that provides top notch technology. I

love that you have opportunities to grow within the company.



What does good customer service mean to you? - ✔✔Consistently exceeding customer

expectations and going out of your way to help people solve their problems.



When was a time you had to help a non-smartphone user & how did you resolve it? - ✔✔My

aunt, who is 65, recently purchased her first smartphone. It was an Android. I had to show how

to connect her phone to the WiFi as well as downloading apps.
