,Voorwoord
Wij zijn …, allebei 22-jarige business studies studenten op de afstudeerrichting logistiek. We komen van
de Inholland locaties Den Haag en Rotterdam, maar zitten inmiddels sinds jaar 3 op hogeschool Inholland
Haarlem.

Wij hebben samen de opdrachten gemaakt van Gordian Lanza. Tijdens de business game met de
onderdelen van de vliegtuigen van KLM hadden we beiden een andere rol, namelijk: repairshop- en
logistiek manager.

Graag willen wij de medewerkers van Gordian Lanza bedanken voor de gastlessen en de mogelijkheden te
hebben om inhoudelijk aan het werk te gaan in het programma van Gordian Lanza. Daarnaast willen wij
de medewerkers van Gordian Lanza en de logistieke docenten bedanken voor de begeleiding tijdens de
business game. Door de business game hebben wij veel informatie verkregen en geleerd hoe de
servicelogistiek met vliegtuigen te werk gaat.
