Report Pane - ANSWER-Allows the user to find details about a scheduled patient. This can be used to see such things as the pt immunization hx, Open Orders, patient apts, etc.

If an order has a recommended field, the user can sign the order. - ANSWER-True
To close an encounter the user must click the sign visit button. Charging takes place when the encounter is closed. - ANSWER-Sign Visit
Subjective (Progress Note) - ANSWER-Describes the patient's current condition including the chief complaint ﴾this is
called history of present illness or HPI ﴿ .Subjective includes pertinent and
negative symptoms ﴾negative means patient denies ﴿in a review of body systems
﴾ROS﴿ .Pertinent medical, surgical, family, and other history along with current
medications and allergies are also referred to.
Objective (Progress Note) - ANSWER-Includes constitutional data and findings from the
physical examination
Assessment (Progress Note) - ANSWER-A summary of the diagnosis.
Plan - ANSWER-The plan for treatment. Includes patient education, orders, and when the patient
should follow‐up.
