Communicatie
 Is simpel indien je een aantal regels respecteert



Inleiding
Vlot communiceren
= Deel van je persoonlijkheid, iedereen communiceert op zijn manier, maar je kan aan communicatie
niet ontspanning. “je kan niet niet communiceren.”

= Het bezitten van een aantal basisvaardigheden

= Reageren op wat we zien of horen/inleven in de ander

 Iedereen ziet hetzelfde, maar interpreteert het anders. Wat je ziet is voor interpretatie
vatbaar => aan de slag mee gaan.

= Extra vaardigheden die we kunnen inzetten in het werken met cliënten, hun context en collega’s

 = professionele communicatieve vaardigheden. (Over deze vorm van communicatie gaat
deze cursus)

= Interactie, geen eenrichtingsverkeer! Communicatie is niet lineair, maar circulair.

= Doel is communiceren met een zo klein mogelijke vormingshoek

 Communicatie gaat van A B
 Alpha = vervormingshoek
 Deze hoek zo klein mogelijk houden. Licht blauwe pijl is ideaal beeld.


Effectief communiceren
= De vorm van communicatie die we nastreven, altijd maar zeker binnen de hulpverlening.

= De communicatie die de cliënt de informatie geeft die hij nodig heeft om verder te kunnen.

 M.a.w. De vervormingshoek ze klein mogelijk houden en de communicatie filteren (=wat
willen we precies naar onze cliënt overbrengen?)

Om effectief te communiceren zijn een aantal aspecten belangrijk. Bekijken we verder in dit
hoofdstuk.
