,ABSTRACT
Rolls Royce is the worldwide practices with the brand, style and strength and freedoms and
individuality. The HR management will undertake the challenges with the competition from
the competitors and expansion into the overseas markets. The study aims to clarify the role HR
in bringing changes in the Rolls-Royce to the management. To investigate how HR
organizations with the transforming themselves to focus on more strategic issues. The findings
reveal the work done the opportunity to gauge with the companies and identification the
practical actions take to improve HR functions and set out to the future activities.
