Good morning everyone. I am Fatima and I will be your holiday rep whilst you
are on your holiday in Bangkok taking you to the resort. I would like to welcome
you on behalf of British Airways Holidays to the beautiful city, Bangkok. On this
very warm morning, I would like to introduce you our driver, Daniel, who will
take us directly to the resort ‘Bang Rak’, so there are no stopovers. The coach
will take approximately 40 minutes to reach the accommodation. As you got on
the coach in this morning, I did give you a welcome pack which is regarding
your welcome where you have resort information, excursion details and health
and safety information.
Now, just a few rules I would like to remind you for your safety precautions
while you are on the coach. Firstly, I ask all of you to tighten your seatbelt and
please stay seated comfortably throughout the whole journey. I request all of
you please do not eat, drink and smoke on the coach as you are not allowed to
do it. Please be aware of fire emergency exits. There is emergency exit in front
of the coach and another one at the back of the coach. I’d like to ask you not
recline the seats because the passenger seated behind you may feel
uncomfortable. My advice is that you do not get drunk and drink throughout
your holiday for your health & safety precautions, however, you are not legally
allowed to do it. The local time is 10:25 am, so we are 7 hours ahead of the UK.
Therefore, I suggest all of you change the time of your devices if it’s not
automatically changed. The weather is at 30°, so I’d like you to inform that
every seat is included with an air conditioner above your head, so you can just
turn it on towards your right side and adjust it. Please be informed that next to
the side of your seats there are bins with sick bags provided. The weather
forecast for the week is likely to become a little more changeable, the
temperature will rise up during the day, so please put the sun cream when you
go out, but during the evening time, the day seems to become cooler.
I will give you an overview of this beautiful city, Bangkok. So, the city offers lots
of variety, whereas you can visit open markets and discover Thai cuisine and
see handcrafts, you can also visit beautiful beaches which are just a few hours
away from the resort. You can explore the beaches by public transport, but the
best way to get there is by car hire. We use different car hire companies, but be
aware of the hidden charges and the best to hire a car it to contact with us and

in Bangkok among which ‘Fantasia Lagoon Water Park’ is a very attractive park
designed very creatively, it’s great for days out for the family for fun and
