4. If you could only make one recommendation to improve your chosen business with the aim of
increasing the number of employees meeting a specific need in the hierarchy, what would it be
and why? Ensure you justify your example, considering both the benefits and drawbacks.

provide supporting examples to justify how you have met each need.




6. For the specific needs that you believe you have not currently met, what do you need to do to
satisfy these and eventually become self-actualised?
