Companies are currently faced with many challenges in getting employees back into the office
after the Covid-19 pandemic. But should we all go back to the office?
Write an essay (max 5 pages, 12 size Arial font, 1,5 spacing) presenting your opinion as a
business leader on this issue. Your essay needs to be clear on:
*Your stance, for or against employees coming back to the office.
*Considerations on the effect of whatever stance you take on strategy implementation.
*Sustain all your viewpoints with literature or statistics (theory from the module as well as
popular writing will be accepted, provided these are properly referenced).
Your response will be awarded a mark out of 100, that will contribute 20% to your final mark
