Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van intervention mapping om een draaiboek te creëren voor een voorlichting. Deze voorlichting is voornamelijk gericht op preventie. Door het gebruik van intervention mapping en de stappen die hierbij horen komt er een concreet overzicht waarbij het gezondheidsprobleem duidelijk wordt. De verschillende stappen van intervention mapping zijn gekoppeld aan de verschillende hoofdstukken. Bij intervention mapping is de eerste stap de gezondheidskundige analyse, om vervolgens de gedragsdoelen te definiëren. Vanuit daar wordt er gekeken naar theory-based methoden en theorieën. Vervolgens zal er een gezondheidskundige interventie worden ontworpen, een implementatieplan geschreven en tot slot wordt er geëvalueerd in het evaluatieplan. Voor de module doelbewust voorlichting geven in de gezondheidszorg heb ik een aantal
verschillende dingen moeten doen. Allereerst heb ik een bestaand preventieprogramma beoordeeld.
Daarnaast heb ik een draaiboek geschreven voor een voorlichting en deze vervolgens gegeven. Daar
