1.0 INTRODUCTION
The plan of our business is to open a video production studio in our local
market and bring advanced technology of filmmaking equipment’s from
aboard to rise the quality and standard of filmmaking in our country and our
plan is not only to film industry but as well as telemovies, advertising and
more.
1.1 The Company
Blockbuster Production and Studio company is the name of our company
and our business is placed under Entertainment Industry and it is unique because
it focuses on bringing up the standard of Film Industry in Malaysia to a world
class level. Compare to the other competitors, we specialize in the advanced
filmmaking technology which is haven’t introduced in the local market yet. To
make a film is one art that requires a ton of skills and this is nothing short of the
best we produced. Blockbuster Film Studios is a the company is a one stop and
standard film and video production company which is fully equipped with all the
latest film making technologies in the film and video industry in our country.
This studio specified as one stop is because normally studios in our country is
used to make film or tele movies which later need to be done the post production
works which is editing,dubbing,special effects and lot more. Once done with the
post production the film is all set to be release in cinemas with the help of
distributor but in our company all this can be done at one place which will make
the work easier and that’s the uniqueness of our studio.
We provide a full range of video related services which is including we
produce movie under our own production, post production consulting,
production , post production editing , advanced visual effect technologies
example the technology used for films like Avatar ‘motion capture technologies
which will be introduced to our Malaysian market for the first time. Our
targeted market will be including television stations, film industry,
advertisement agencies, and individuals.
, Looking into the potential of current market, our business aims to set up a huge
studio in Malaysia and to make at least 10 films, 50 advertisements and getting
recognized in foreign market for the work we providing by end of 2021. This is
not just a business but it’s our passion of our founders to produce and make a
film which is good in quality and to raise the standard of Entertainment or Film
Industry in our country.
1.2 MISSION
- Our mission is to create a world class and extremely well equipped film
Production Company which will produce and make good and standard
movies that can be accepted generally by the audience from all parts of
the world and we want to build a production company which enter the
foreign markets in all parts of the world.
1.3 OBJECTIVES
1) Right quality- Product quality is defined based on the needs of the
consumer. The correct quality does not always reflect the best quality.
The cost of the product and the technical features, as necessary to the
particular requirements, are calculated.
2) Right quantity - Product quality is defined based on the needs of the
consumer. The correct quality does not always reflect the best quality.
The cost of the product and the technical features, as necessary to the

3) Right time -The manufacturing company should manufacture the correct
number of goods. If they are manufactured in excess of demand, the
resources will be blocked in inventory form and if the amount is
manufactured in the absence of demand, there will be a shortage of goods.
